Our Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, we will happily exchange it for free. Alternatively, we will refund the full value of the product to you once the fault is verified by a Tabay Store Staff Member.
We will gladly cover costs of returning the product to you, however we do not pay for the initial cost of sending the faulty product to our store for inspection
Returns apply to a 14 day period after a product from our store has been purchased. Any product returned after the 14 day period, will not be returned and Tabay (Pty) Ltd Will not be liable for the product.
