1.Information about us and how to contact us

1.1 We are Tabay (Pty) Ltd and we are registered in accordance with the company laws of South Africa. We operate as a private company with the Registration Number: 2019/1758751/07.

1.3 Any reference to the terms “in writing” or “written” includes the use of emails.

2.Our contract with you

2.1 Our shopping pages will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each stage of the order process.

2.2 Once you place your order, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order. However, please note that this does not amount to acceptance of your order. To confirm that we accept your purchase, we will confirm that your order has been successfully processed via a follow-up email.

2.3 If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this either by phone or in writing and will not charge you for the product. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.

2.4 Our website is solely for the promotion of our products until disclosed further.

3. Our Products

3.1 Products and packaging may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images.

4. Delivery

4.1 The costs and methods of delivery will be as displayed to you on the individual product pages .

4.2 Provided we contact you as promised, we will not be held liable for any delays caused by the event. If there is a risk of substantial inconvenience due to the delay, please contact us to end the contract and we will refund you for the products you have fully paid for but have not received.

4.3 The product(s) will be your responsibility from the time we deliver them to the nominated address(es).

5. Your Right to Cancel

5.1 Tabay Store offers a 100% satisfaction promise. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within seven (7) days and we will replace the product according to our returns policy.

6.Refunds

6.1 In order to receive a refund for a product you are not satisfied with, you need to return the product to us within 7 days of it being delivered by us to your nominated address.

6.2 We will process your refund within 10 days of receiving it at our offices. The refund will be made to the account that paid the purchase price.

6.3 We will then refund you as per your arrangement.

7. Price and Payment

7.1 The official purchase price applicable is the price displayed on our official website at the time you place your order.

7.2 We will only deliver the product once full payment of the purchase price is received.

8. Other Important Terms

8.1 Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

8.2 We reserve the right to change the above terms. Our website is always updated with the latest terms that apply to each purchase. Kindly ensure that you understand the terms applicable to you as you complete your purchase.

8.3 The above terms of our agreement are fully applicable and binding on you (the buyer) and Tabay Store.

8.4 Our terms are governed by South African law and they are enforceable in a South African court of law.
